The live video feed does not work on my machine!
There are several reasons that the live video may not be working on your browser. Take a look at the live video checklist below for assistance.

Make sure you are using one of these browsers...

• Netscape 4.0
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0
• AOL 3.0 32 bit Version for WINDOWS 95/98

If you are using one of the browsers above and video is still not working, make sure java is "enabled" in your preferences for the browser.

If the Video is still not working, the internet may be down somewhere between you and the where the video is coming from. Check back at a later time to see if it is working again.

If you are trying to access one of the Live Video/Chat One On One features, you need to purchase an additional password.
